Choose your Division.

INDIVIDUALS.

Beginners

Athletes who are new to the sport. You regularly scale workouts in your classes. Movements everyone will be able to complete.

Movements we expect you to be able to do:
Jumping Chest To Bars
Assisted Rope Climbs
Overhead Lunges
Push Ups
Snatch 40/25kg
Clean & Jerk 60/35kg+

Open

Typical CrossFit workouts and movements. You are able to do most CrossFit movements. This is aimed for athletes who think they are Intermediate or Rx.

Movements we expect you to be able to do:
Chest To Bars
Rope Climbs
Handstand Walk
Handstand Push Ups
Snatch 60/35kg
Clean & Jerk 80/55kg+

Elite

You are a frequent competitor and always choose to complete workouts Rx. You are ready to throw down with SA’s best.

Masters

You are 35 or older, and can do most workouts as an Intermediate athlete, you also sometimes choose to do the workouts Rx.

These are some guidelines for movements to expect in the divisions. Note, these are not guaranteed, and all other CrossFit movements might be alongside these tricky movements. This is just a baseline from which we will program the workouts.

PAIRS.

Pairs will consist of either two Females, or two Males.

Beginners
