Open
Typical CrossFit workouts and movements. You are able to do most CrossFit movements. This is aimed for athletes who think they are Intermediate or Rx.
Elite
You are a frequent competitor and always choose to complete workouts Rx. You are ready to throw down with SA’s best.
Masters
You are 35 or older, and can do most workouts as an Intermediate athlete, you also sometimes choose to do the workouts Rx.
