We welcome any products and services to bring value to our athletes and spectators.
General Information
The event begins at 07:00 on 27 September, and ends at 17:00 on 29 September. Booth setup begins at 16:00 on 26 September. Booths must be completed no later than 09:00 on 27 September. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by 20 September, will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given). Food vendors must provide all food and heating equipment, but will be given electrical and water access.
Booth sizes are 6x6m.
There will be overnight security provided, but Fittest in PE will not be held liable for any items stolen from your booth.
Fittest in PE or The Boardwalk will not be held liable for any disagreement between a vendor and his/her customers.
